1. Overview

Rigpa provides AI chatbot and order-management tools for businesses selling on Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, and the web. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and have the right to connect any social or payment accounts you link.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Rigpa for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to violate the terms of Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, or any payment provider you connect.

4. Orders & payments

Rigpa helps capture orders and present your payment QR (e.g. bank, Khalti, eSewa). You are responsible for fulfilling orders, confirming payments, and any taxes or refunds. Rigpa is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

4b. Delivery couriers

If you connect a courier account (e.g. Pathao), Rigpa transmits delivery instructions, recipient details, and cash-on-delivery amounts to that courier on your behalf, and relays the courier's price quotes and status updates. The courier relationship is yours: their merchant terms, fees, coverage, pickup/delivery performance, and COD settlement are between you and the courier. Rigpa is not a delivery company and is not responsible for lost, delayed, or failed deliveries or for courier cash settlements. Keep your courier API credentials accurate and revoke them (in Settings or with the courier) if you stop using the service.

4c. Your storefront & content

On eligible plans, Rigpa generates a public web page for your business (at rigpanepal.com/s/your-shop) from the information you provide — your name, description, hours, location, product listings and prices, and any logo, cover photo, or brand colour you upload. This page and its contents are publicly visible and may be indexed by search engines; you can hide it at any time in Settings.

You are responsible for everything you upload or list. You confirm that you own or have the right to useany images, logos, and text you provide, and that they do not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights. You are responsible for the accuracyof your listings, prices, and availability. Don't upload content that is unlawful, misleading, or offensive. Rigpa may remove or disable any storefront or content that violates these terms or the law, or that we're required to take down.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are purchased up-front via eSewa at the prices shown on the pricing page. Your plan is activated once we verify your payment, and runs for the period you paid for (monthly or annual). There is no automatic charge or auto-renewal — to continue, you renew before your plan expires; if it lapses, your shop reverts to the free Basic limits until you renew. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law — see our Refund Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may update or pause the service for maintenance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rigpa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, TikTok, payment providers).
