1. Overview

Rigpa provides AI chatbot and order-management tools for businesses selling on Instagram, TikTok, and the web. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and have the right to connect any social or payment accounts you link.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Rigpa for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes, to send spam, or to violate the terms of Instagram, TikTok, or any payment provider you connect.

4. Orders & payments

Rigpa helps capture orders and present your payment QR (e.g. bank, Khalti, eSewa). You are responsible for fulfilling orders, confirming payments, and any taxes or refunds. Rigpa is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.

5. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel; changes take effect per the plan terms.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the service "as is" without warranties. We may update or pause the service for maintenance.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Rigpa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, payment providers).
