Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you — your messages, uploaded photos, voice notes, profile basics, and any orders — at any time. If you run a shop on Rigpa, you can also ask us to delete your account and shop data, including your subscription/payment records and any push-notification subscription.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@rigpanepal.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request", or message us on WhatsApp.
2. Tell us which shop you contacted and the name or Instagram / WhatsApp / TikTok username (or number) you used (or the web chat you messaged from).

We will delete your conversation, photo, voice, and order records within 30 days and confirm by reply. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.
