Rigpa uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to make the service work. We do notuse advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.

Essential cookies

• Authentication / session— set when you sign in (via Supabase) to keep you logged in and secure your dashboard. The service can't work without these.

Preferences stored on your device

These are kept in your browser's local storage (not sent to ad networks):

• Cookie consent — remembers that you dismissed the cookie banner.
• Web chat continuity— a per-shop chat session id and your recent messages, so refreshing the chat doesn't wipe your conversation.

Notifications

If a shop owner enables browser push notifications, the browser stores a push subscription so we can send new-order and hand-off alerts. You can turn this off anytime in your browser's site settings.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking the essential authentication cookies will stop you from signing in. Clearing local storage will reset the cookie banner and any saved chat history on that device.
